Something in the house?

We was looking around the internet and came across this web page , i think theres some thing our some one in my home my 2 dauthers and i have seen shadows and a mist one of the rooms in my house is always cold my youngest girl was sleeping some onesaid her name she woke up ran to the living room this shadow black figure keep poking around the door way and watching her shesy 11 yrs old and shes really scared idont know what this is or why this has choses us i just want to get it out just need someone to tell this too.
